The Breast Gets Better

I created this blog as a way to candidly share my experiences with breast cancer. The title is meant to be a play on words, from the original, commonly-used phrase "the best gets better", but also to remind myself (and anyone else who needs to hear it) that my breasts will heal, I will heal, the situation WILL get better.

ABOUT JENN

At age 49 I was diagnosed with three separate carcinomas, all in my left breast. Currently awaiting surgery, I decided I needed a public outlet for my thoughts, questions, curse words, anger, confusion, frustration, humor, and fucking candid nonsense that I can't say in front of my mother. Unless she finds this blog, then it's her own damn fault!
